Research and development

Using state-of-the-art development tools, our research and development team creates individual solutions tailored to the specific requirements of our customers. Our engineers and technicians use the latest 3D CAD software, complex kinematics and flow simulations as well as extensive computeraided static and dynamic structural analyses and installation space studies. We realise system configurations with selfdeveloped calculation programmes that represent our experience in the development of hydraulic components spanning more than six decades.

Our state-of-the-art equipped test bench centre serves the experimental assurance of customer-specific requirements and the development of innovative products.

With this professional infrastructure our specialists at all locations can very flexibly develop solutions that are optimally harmonised both at component and system level.

Production

A high level of manufacturing competency together with modern machinery and plant characterise our production locations. With state-of-the-art CNC machine tools for mechanical processing, plants for heat treatments, welding robots, electroplating and paint shops as well as automatic assembly and testing facilities, all necessary manufacturing technologies are available in-house.

Targeted investments in the basic and further training of our employees and in the latest manufacturing methods guarantee continuous optimisation of our processes.

Flexible logistics systems control the operational sequences and contribute to realising high adherence to on-time delivery with short throughput times.

On this strong basis resulting from our manufacturing competency in Germany we can offer our customers worldwide a technically and economically optimised product. To assure quality, the implementation of the latest methods is a matter of course for us.
